Export Control and Customs. (1) The Supplier is obliged to inform WIS in writing of any authorization obligations relating to its Goods based on the current valid German, European (EU), US export, customs and foreign trade legislation, as well as based on the export, customs and foreign trade legislation of the country of origin of its Goods, as soon as possible before the delivery date. Within this context, the Supplier has to provide the following information and data: • the export list number pursuant to Appendix (AL) to the German Foreign Trade and Payments Regulation (AWV) or corresponding list positions of applicable export lists; • the “Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)” pursuant to the “U.S. Commerce Control List” (CCL), insofar as the Goods are subject to the “U.S. Export Administration Regulations” (EAR); • the statistical goods number (HS/CN code); • the country of origin (trade policy/non-preferential origin), codes for indicating origin: T = third country/E = EU/F = EFTA; • (long-term) suppliers' declarations on preferential origin (for EU Suppliers) or certificates relating to preferences (for non-EU Suppliers); • all other information and data that WIS requires for export and import and, in the event of further sale, for the re-export of the Goods. • the information about listed items in accordance with the European foreign trade law and the EC Dual-Use Regulation (in accordance with Annex I of Regulation (EC) No 428/2009). The Supplier is obliged to inform WIS in writing without delay of any changes to the abovementioned information and data.

Export Control and Customs. 12.1 The supplier shall be obliged to inform us about any applicable (re-)export licence requirements or restrictions for the Products under Swiss, European or US export control law and customs regulations as well as the export control law and customs regulations of the country of origin of the Products in its business documents and to send the following information on Products subject to licence requirements to Xxxxxxxxx.XX@xx-xx.xx in good time prior to the first delivery: • KS-AG material number • Product description • All applicable export list numbers including the Export Control Classification Number pursuant to the U.S. Commerce Control List (ECCN) • Country of origin of the Products under commercial policyHS Code of the Products • A contact person in its organisation to resolve any inquiries.
Export Control and Customs. 15.1 Notwithstanding any regulation regarding force majeure, as stated in these Conditions, MAN reserves the right to suspend at its sole discretion its performance at any time, in whole or in part, without incurring any liability, whenever such performance would be prevented by any applicable restrictive measures including sanctions, export or re-export controls (including but not limited to UN, EU and its member states, UK and U.S. law) or would otherwise be inconsistent with such measures, or where an export license required by such regulations cannot be obtained. In the event the performance of the Contract is prevented due to the above reasons for a period of more than 180 days, MAN or the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the Contract to the extent the performance is prevented. In the event an export license has been denied by the responsible authorities, MAN or the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the denied part of the performance immediately. As consequence of such termination the Customer shall pay to MAN the price of the Work performed by MAN under the Contract and any cost for unavoidable commitments incurred by MAN with respect thereto. Any claims, rights and/or remedies of the Customer with respect to such termination shall be excluded.
Export Control and Customs. Supplier shall inform Xxxxx LLC of all required approvals for the export or re-export of its goods under applicable German, European, and/or US export and customs regulations as well as the export and customs regulations of the country of origin of its goods. For this purpose, Supplier shall, at a minimum, in its proposals, order confirmations and invoices, provide the following information to the extent applicable: - the export list number according to annex AL of the German export administration regulations or equivalent list items of applicable export list, - for US goods the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) of the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), - the commercial origin of his goods and of the components of his goods, including technology and software, - whether the goods were transported through the U.S.A., were manufactured or stored in the U.S.A. or made using US technology, - the statistical goods number (HS code) of his goods, and - a contact in his organization to answer Xxxxx LLC’s questions. On Xxxxx LLC’s request, Supplier is obliged to provide Xxxxx LLC with any other foreign trade data of Supplier’s goods and components in writing and inform Xxxxx LLC of all changes of such data in writing without delay (and in any case before delivery of any goods affected by it). The delivered goods must meet the source requirements under the preferential trade arrangements of the EWG, unless the order confirmation expressly stipulates otherwise.
Export Control and Customs. 15.1 Supplier shall comply with all applicable national and in- ternational import and (re-)export control, customs and foreign trade regulations and requirements and shall fur- nish to Bosch, upon request, documentation of Supplier’s compliance.

Export Control and Customs. The supplier is obliged to inform ZWISSTEX GERMANY in its business documents of any licences that may be required for (re-)exporting the supplier’s Delivery Items pursuant to German, European and/or US-American export and customs regulations and/or the export and customs regulations of the country of origin of the supplier’s Delivery Items. For this purpose, the supplier shall provide the following information in connection with the Delivery Items concerned at least in its offers, order confirmations and invoices: - the export control list number pursuant to the Export Control List (Ausfuhrliste) that is an annex to the German Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance (Außenwirtschaftsverordnung) or similar list numbers of any relevant export control lists; - for US-American Delivery Items, the ECCN (Export Control Classification Number); - the trade origin of its Delivery Items and of the components of its Delivery Items, including technology and software; - whether the Delivery Items were transported across the USA, manufactured or stored in the USA, or manufactured using US-American technology; - the statistical product code (HS Code) of its Delivery Items; and - a contact person within its undertaking who can be contacted if ZWISSTEX GERMANY has any further questions. At the request of ZWISSTEX GERMANY, the supplier is obliged to notify ZWISSTEX GERMANY in writing of all further foreign trade data in relation to its Delivery Items and their components and to additionally inform ZWISSTEX GERMANY without delay (and before delivering any of the Delivery Items concerned) in writing of all changes in the above data.
