Extra Shift Compensation. 2 A. Time and one half (1-1/2) will be paid for working extra shifts over 3 seventy-two (72) hours in a pay period. Nurses are eligible for the extra 4 shift premium only if all scheduled hours in the pay period are worked or 5 prescheduled ETO. For purposes of this article, low census call off by the 6 Hospital will count as hours worked. Nurses who volunteer to work 7 straight time when shifts are posted will be offered the work before a nurse 8 offering to work at premium or overtime rates. 10 B. For weekend shifts worked in addition to the required contract weekend 11 obligation or if the nurse agrees to work an unscheduled SCHS 12 recognized holiday as defined by the contract, the nurse will be 13 compensated at the rate of one and one half (1.-1/2) times the nurse’s 14 regular hourly rate of pay, plus $12 per hour for each hour worked on that 15 shift. 17 C. For weekend after hour on-call, where the nurse is called back and works 18 eight (8) or more hours of the sixteen (16) hour period beginning at 1500 19 on Sunday, the nurse shall be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times the 20 nurse’s regular hourly rate for all hours worked on the following Monday.

Extra Shift Compensation. At the end of each fiscal quarter, the number of shifts 8 worked over a Physician’s regularly scheduled shifts will be determined for each 10 their base hourly rate and an additional $600 for a full shift. The Extra Shift rate 11 shall increase at the same rate as the percentage of base salary rates increases as 12 set forth in 5.1.3. Extra Shift Compensation will be paid out within thirty (30) days of 13 the end of the fiscal quarter. Regularly scheduled shifts include only one for one 14 shift trades, as approved by the Employer. Trade will be defined as both parties 15 working a shift within the same fiscal quarter or the successive fiscal quarter. 17 APRNs will be expected to work the annual required 173 shifts for days or 163 shifts 18 for nocturnist. However, PTO is to be used for any missed shifts, therefore re- 19 calculation is not needed. For each extra shift worked by an APRN, the APRN will 20 be paid their base hourly rate and an additional $560 for a full shift or $280 for a half 21 shift. Fractions of shifts will be rounded up to be paid as either a half shift or a whole 22 shift. The Extra Shift rate for the APRNs shall increase at the same rate as the 23 percentage of base salary rates increases as set forth in 5.1.3.
Extra Shift Compensation. 1. Work in excess of a physician’s or CNM’s FTE shall be paid at the Per Diem rate for that discipline as laid out in Appendix A. (i.e. physicians will be paid at the physician Per Diem rate, CNMs at the CNM Per Diem rate). 2.   • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Management Compensation As compensation for your services in the management of the offering, we will pay you an amount equal to the management fee specified in the Invitation in respect of the Securities to be purchased by us pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, and we authorize you to charge our account with such amount. If there is more than one Representative, such compensation shall be divided among the Representatives in such proportions as they may determine.

  • Overtime Compensation 1. Except as provided in this section, Grantee will be responsible for any obligations of premium overtime pay due employees.   • CONSULTANT’S COMPENSATION Consultant’s Compensation means the fees and expenses incurred directly in connection with the performance or furnishing of Basic and Additional Services for which the Owner shall pay the Consultant as indicated in Exhibit A.
