Face to Face Teaching. The maximum face to face teaching hours for any full-time teacher in: secondary school shall be no more than 0.8 of a full teaching load, and primary school shall be no more than 0.85 of a full teaching load. Duties other than Teaching Time (DOTT) In addition to face-to-face teaching hours, the following periods of time (exclusive of recess and lunchtime) are provided to teachers to perform other than face-to-face teaching duties within the normal school day or normal operating hours:

Face to Face Teaching. (1) For teachers of Senior Secondary School students, face-to-face teaching duties shall not exceed 21 hours per week (or its equivalent cycle). (2) For teachers of Middle School students, face-to-face teaching duties shall not exceed 21 hours per week (or its equivalent cycle). (3) For teachers of Primary School students, scheduled face-to-face shall not normally exceed 25.5 hours per week (excluding three hours release time). (4) Part-time teaching staff shall be allocated face-to-face teaching time pro-rate to their Full Time Equivalent (FTE). (5) The limits contained in (1), (2), (3) and (4) may be exceeded for individual teachers subject to discussion with that teacher and a reduction in load to some other aspects of that teacher’s duties or; (6) If the limits contained in (1), (2), (3) and (4) are exceeded, the teaching staff will be compensated by way of either the following: a. Time off in lieu equivalent to the time worked in excess of the limits contained in (1), (2) and (3) or; b. Being paid for the excess hours at their ordinary rate of pay.
Face to Face Teaching. The clause sets out the following improvements: A middle and senior Classroom Teacher’s maximum face to face time is 21 hours and 20 minutes. For 2024 and 2025 a primary Classroom Teacher’s maximum face to face teaching time is 23 hours and 40 minutes. From term 1, 2026, a primary Classroom Teacher’s maximum face to face teaching time will be 22 hours and 40 minutes. From term 1, 2027, a primary Classroom Teacher’s maximum face to face teaching time will be 22 hours and 10 minutes.
Face to Face Teaching. Permanent and Fixed Term Contract Employees i. Teachers are required to undertake up to 23 hours per week. ii. Level 3 School Administrators / Heads of Department are required to undertake up to 18 hours per week. iii. Deputy principals are required to undertake up to 10 hours per week.
Face to Face Teaching. See clauses 5.2.9 and 5.2.10 which prescribe the maximum face to face teaching time. Principals, in partnership with the PAC, may reduce the maximum face to face teaching time to take account of work volume and role diversity. Time and resourcing allocated for leadership roles should promote staff well-being and work life balance. Schools may elect to advertise or negotiate positions with specified face to face teaching time less than that specified in clauses 5.2.9 and 5.2.10. This process should be in partnership with the PAC and with advice from the Senior HR Consultant.
Face to Face Teaching. 90.1 “Face-to-face teaching”, in relation to a particular teacher:‌ (a) means regular rostered teaching sessions in a documented approved course of study for which the teacher has primary responsibility for education delivery; (b) includes sessions of direct student instruction rostered or required by the Principal: (i) as inbuilt relief (a class for which the teacher is not ordinarily timetabled or scheduled as responsible at that time); or‌ (ii) for curricular or pastoral functions involving student supervision, student counselling or consultation; or (iii) in the case of a teacher librarian, for student contact and consultation in the library.

In addition, URSI will cause each of the Founding Companies other than the COMPANY to enter into a provision similar to this Section 7.1 requiring each such Founding Company to keep confidential any information obtained by such Founding Company. (ii) Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, URSI will afford to the officers and authorized representatives of the COMPANY access to all of URSI's sites, properties, books and records and will furnish the COMPANY with such additional financial and operating data and other information as to the business and properties of URSI as the COMPANY may from time to time reasonably request. URSI will cooperate with the COMPANY, its representatives, engineers, auditors and counsel in the preparation of any documents or other material which may be required in connection with any documents or materials required by this Agreement. The COMPANY will cause all information obtained in connection with the negotiation and performance of this Agreement to be treated as confidential in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 hereof.

  • CFR PART 200 Procurement of Recovered Materials A non-Federal entity that is a state agency or agency of a political subdivision of a state and its contractors must comply with section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The requirements of Section 6002 include procuring only items designated in guidelines of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at 40 CFR part 247 that contain the highest percentage of recovered materials practicable, consistent with maintaining a satisfactory level of competition, where the purchase price of the item exceeds $10,000 or the value of the quantity acquired during the preceding fiscal year exceeded $10,000; procuring solid waste management services in a manner that maximizes energy and resource recovery; and establishing an affirmative procurement program for procurement of recovered materials identified in the EPA guidelines.   • Feasibility Study A feasibility study will identify the potential costs, service quality and other benefits which would result from contracting out the work in question. The cost analysis for the feasibility study shall not include the Employer’s indirect overhead costs for existing salaries or wages and benefits for administrative staff or for rent, equipment, utilities, and materials, except to the extent that such costs are attributable solely to performing the services to be contracted out. Upon completion of the feasibility study, the Employer agrees to furnish the Union with a copy if the feasibility study, the bid from the Apparent Successful Bidder and all pertinent information upon which the Employer based its decision to contract out the work including, but not limited to, the total cost savings the Employer anticipates. The Employer shall not go forward with contracting out the work in question if more than sixty percent (60%) of any projected savings resulting from the contracting out are attributable to lower employee wage and benefit costs.

  • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent or less per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $800,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Bank, and relevant drawings, where applicable. The award shall be made to the contractor who offers the lowest price quotation for the required work, and who has the experience and resources to complete the contract successfully.
