FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT USAGE. The Union shall have the right to use school building facilities and equipment after school hours for Union business following the district’s building use policy. The Union agrees to reimburse the district for the cost of any materials used or damage to school property that is other than normal wear. No charge shall be made to the Union for such use, except in cases where maintenance personnel must be called to open and close buildings.

FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT USAGE. The Association and its members shall have the right to make use of District equipment, buildings and facilities at reasonable times when not being used for school business and educational purposes with the permission of the appropriate site administrator or department head. The District equipment to be used by the Association shall be limited to the following: • Copiers for 150 copies or less (CSEA to provide needed paper) • TV/Screens and projectors All District equipment to be used by the Association will remain on school premises. All materials used on the above equipment shall be provided by the Association.
FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT USAGE. The group using the Xxxxx Museum of Art may use furniture and other non-disposable equipment located at the TMA. Renter is responsible for:  Setting up chairs, tables, etc. and returning all items to their original place  Cleaning used areas of the Xxxxx Museum of Art facility after the event, which includes emptying all trash to outdoor trash container, sweeping, food and beverage spills, should be wiped up with a damp mop if necessary. The Xxxxx Museum does not provide a cleaning service. In the event of non- compliance, the museum will reserve the right to charge the cleaning fee.  Returning the facility to normal must be completed in a timely manner so the Xxxxx Museum of Art can open to the public following the event.  Any exhibit (artwork, wall, pedestal, etc.) within the Xxxxx Museum of Art during the rental period will be left undisturbed and under no circumstances should be moved by anyone other than the Xxxxx staff. The approval and the direction of the Executive Director must be obtained prior to moving any portion of the exhibition. The artistic aspect of our facility lends itself to every occasion. We make every effort to continue to showcase the artist(s) on display during the rental.

  • Mandatory equipment (a) All Employees engaged to work on site will be supplied with safety footwear and safety helmets appropriate to the work that they perform before commencing work on a project. The safety footwear will be of an equivalent standard to those made by: (i) Steel Blue; (ii) Xxxxxx; and (iii) Mongrel Boots. (b) These items must be worn at all times as instructed during the site induction process. (c) Helmets must not be painted, drilled or modified in any way. Damaged and/or worn footwear and helmets will be replaced on demand.

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
