Use of District Equipment. 41 42 The CSEA, through qualified District employees, shall have the right, subject to reasonable regulation, 43 to use the following District equipment for CSEA purposes: computers, copy machines, fax machines 44 and audio visual equipment in district facilities. Such use shall be during the employee's non-duty 45 hours and shall not interfere with the use of such equipment for District purposes. It is understood that 46 the CSEA shall use its own supplies. 48 E. Access: 49 50 CSEA representatives who are not employed by the District shall have the right of reasonable access 51 to places where unit members work. Such representatives must check through the immediate 52 supervisor or site administrator for permission to contact employees on the premises.
Use of District Equipment. Materials and Services Faculty members are regularly assigned access to District equipment, materials, and services including but not limited to computers and printers, keys, swipe cards to offices and classrooms, email and voicemail accounts, special textbooks and software, and other technological and adaptive equipment. Such equipment, materials and services shall be used exclusively by the individual to whom they are assigned. Faculty shall regularly monitor and respond, as appropriate, to their District-issued email and voicemail accounts. Upon separation from the assignment, or during an extended leave, faculty members must return such District equipment and materials prior to receipt of the last pay warrant. Due to special circumstances, a time extension may be granted by the Chief Instructional Officer or designee.
Use of District Equipment. All Faculty shall have the right to use District equipment for District business. The District will make supplies available at its cost for such purposes.
Use of District Equipment. The Council’s local representatives shall have the use of the District facilities and equipment, at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Council shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use, and for any repairs necessitated as a result thereof. The Council will adhere to any District policies and rules regarding use of the computers, the e-mail system, and internet access.
Use of District Equipment. The Association and its advisors shall have the right to use the school equipment at reasonable times on school premises when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use.
Use of District Equipment. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use District telephones for non-toll calls only, typewriters, personal computers, calculators, audiovisual and duplicating equipment, and other available District technology, to the extent that such use pertains to the Association’s role as bargaining agent for bargaining unit employees, provided that such use in no way interferes with District use of said equipment and provided that the Association will reimburse the District for any additional costs related to the Association’s use of this equipment.
Use of District Equipment. Authorized XXXXX members shall have the right to use on-site District office equipment, e-mail with approval from the building principal for building use and the Superintendent or designee for District use, and other types of media, when approval for such use has been granted by the administrator responsible for such items. XXXXX shall pay the cost of all material, supplies, and the cost of any repairs incidental to such use.
Use of District Equipment. Business Services Policies Series 3000 & 3340 – The use of District equipment and telephones for personal use is prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained from the Superintendent-President or the appropriate Vice-President of Xxxx. Computer and Network Use Administration Policies Series 2000, 2067 – the district offers a variety of resources that support its educational and support programs. Such resources are to be used for college-related activities and the individual must not alter the integrity of the systems and must observe all laws, regulations and contractual obligations.
Use of District Equipment. 13.1 Should the District authorize Consultant to use any District-owned or leased property, including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, and/or other equipment (the “Equipment”), Consultant shall to do all of the following:
