Facility Hours. Rentals are available during Visitor Center open hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday
10 a. m.-2 p.m. and Sunday April-December from noon-3pm. These are considered “open hours” rates. Rates “after hours” are set on a different schedule to accommodate extended time for building crew. Rentals are not often available Monday-Thursday from 4pm onward as the building is in high use by the German Village Society and its community at these times. Private parties, receptions or corporate events require a German Village Society building manager on site at all times the building is occupied by Renter. All events must end and all cleaning completed by midnight. All or part of the deposit may be forfeit if clean up goes beyond midnight. It is suggested that events have a stated end time of 11 p.m. to accommodate cleanup by midnight. Any alcohol service must end by 11 p.m.
Facility Hours. The reserved space will be available for the contracted hours only. All decorating, caterer delivery, set-up and clean up, will be performed within the hours contracted. The bar must close and all music must cease playing thirty minutes prior to the end of the scheduled time for the event. No Friday or Saturday event can continue past 11:00 p.m. and the premises must be cleaned and vacated by 12:30 a.m. No Sunday through Thursday event can continue past 10:00 p.m. and the premises must be cleaned and vacated by 11:00 p.m.

For Arena employees, normal working hours can be considered to be ten (10) consecutive working hours per day with a one-half (1/2) hour meal break, for four (4) consecutive working days per week, for a total of forty (40) hours per week. 2017 The Employer will make an effort not to schedule employees to work more than two (2) consecutive weekends within a given scheduled period. The Corporation will also try to schedule to avoid a situation of having less than twelve (12) hours between shifts. Shift premium will be in effect for hours worked on a shift other than the normal day shift as defined in Article 13.03.

(b) Make portable and post-production equipment available for check-out or use during all Facility hours;

Facility Hours. The Brookhaven MRF will be open for receipt of the Municipality’s material during the Facility Delivery Hours with the exception of legal holidays. Brookhaven may, from time to time, modify the hours of operation or holiday schedule, but in such event, shall provide at least ten
Facility Hours. The Processing Facility will be available to the City staff or haulers contracted by the City Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. The facility need not be available on the following holidays: New Years Day, Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. The Contractor will provide reasonable, safe and timely access to the Processing Facility by City or contracted haulers in xxxxxxx and inclement weather.
2.3.1. The Contractor will allow City staff to inspect the Processing Facility and observe processing and disposition of materials at any time during normal work hours.
Facility Hours a. The agriculture facility hours are 7 days a week (including holidays), 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM
b. Feeding or caring for animals is not allowed prior to 5:00 AM or after 9:00 PM without express permission from AST or administrator.
c. Failure to vacate the facility or rear parking lot by 9:15 p.m. will result in consequences assigned by the AST.
d. If you need to be at the agriculture facility outside of normal operating hours, you will need to let your AST know at least 24 hours in advance. Students can check out a 24-hour card through your AST for things like early morning shows or veterinarian visits. 24-hour cards must be checked back in the next school day.
Facility Hours. The total available hours of all facilities to operate in a calendar year. Calculated as number of facilities multiplied by hours a day multiplied by days in a year. For purposes of this calculation the number of facilities is assumed to be one hundred twenty (120). The actual calculation is 120*24*365=1,051,200 available hours.
