Factor 2 – Management Approach. The management approach will be evaluated for the degree to which it reflects a management approach (including approach to staffing) that will lead to the successful accomplishment of the requirement. The Recruitment and Retention Strategy will be evaluated for the degree to which it successfully accomplishes the requirements in the PWS, specific to staffing and managing qualified personnel, recruitment of scientific and consumer reviewers, and handling unanticipated personnel issues. The Management Plan will be evaluated for the degree to which it describes the Offeror’s organizational structure and subcontracting relationships. The management plan will be evaluated for the degree to which the Offeror’s chain of command practices will contribute in a positive manner to ensuring the completion of all objectives on schedule and flexibility in allocating resources. The management plan will be evaluated for the degree to which it addresses methods for managing subcontracts and mitigating organizational conflicts of interest and the degree to which these methods will successfully ensure continuity and completion of all PWS tasks. The Offeror’s Quality Control Plan will be evaluated for the degree to which it documents how the Contractor will meet and comply with the quality standards established in this PWS. At a minimum, the Quality Control Plan must include a self-inspection plan and an outline of the procedures that the Contractor will use to maintain quality, timeliness, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. The Offeror’s quality control approach will be evaluated for the degree to which it identifies processes, procedures, and metrics, which, are likely to result in successful outcome within cost and on schedule. The Risk Mitigation Plan will be evaluated to the degree to which it documents how the Contractor plans to reduce the risk associated with this requirement. The Risk Mitigation Plan will be evaluated for the degree to which the Contractor’s planned approach to potentially problematic situations, to include, but no limited to, the unexpected introduction of new research programs, significant increases or decreases to appropriation levels which may affect the scope of work across fiscal years, and delays in funding appropriations will ensure successful performance.

Factor 2 – Management Approach. Solicitation Submittal Requirements: This factor considers the effectiveness of the offeror’s management approach and organization to adequately perform the requirements of the solicitation. The Government seeks a comprehensive approach that will maximize quality, be cost effective, takes into account logistical realities and will result in the optimal use of resources. Additionally, the Government seeks Offerors that can provide a rapid response for both CONUS and OCONUS emergency construction needs.   • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Earned Value Management System ‌ An earned value management system (EVMS) means a project management tool that effectively integrates the project scope of work with cost, schedule and performance elements for optimum project planning and control. The qualities and operating characteristics of EVMS are described in American National Standards Institute /Electronics Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA) Standard-748. An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
