Family Leave Act. Any leaves not addressed in the above subdivisions of this Section and addressed in the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act or Minnesota Statute 181.940 - 181.943 shall be applied pursuant to the respective provisions of the referenced laws.
Family Leave Act. The Employer will comply with State and Federal laws regarding the Family Leave Act.
Family Leave Act. Unit members are eligible for leave under the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act and the California Family Care Leave Act. The parties will prepare a memorandum covering the various rights and obligations, including those areas where discretion may be exercised by the District and/or employees. This will be distributed to the work site.
Family Leave Act. An employee on FMLA leave shall be entitled to a continuation of benefits on the same basis as if (s) he were actively employed for up to twelve weeks (60 work days) per year (July 1 - June 30).
Family Leave Act. The Board of Education shall follow the mandate in accordance with Public Law 103-3, The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
Family Leave Act. Any unit member shall be able to access the Family Leave Act under the Family Leave Act policy.

Family Leave Act. The parties acknowledge the applicability of the Family Leave Act (Act) and intend to apply and implement this MOU so as to comply with the Act. The parties agree to consult if compliance with the Act may require modifying the provisions of this MOU.
