FAR FLOWDOWN CLAUSES. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (“FAR”) clauses are incorporated in these Terms. Seller shall ensure that the same provisions are included in any of its subcontracts that impact the Purchase Order. Seller is solely responsible for flowing down all applicable FAR clauses as required by US law.

  • NO STRIKE CLAUSE Section A - The Union and Board recognize that strikes and other forms of work stoppages by employees are contrary to law and public policy. The Union and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Union, therefore, agrees that its officers, representatives and members shall not authorize, instigate, cause, aid, encourage, ratify or condone, nor shall any employee take part in any strike, slowdown or stoppage of work, boycott, picketing or other interruption of activities in the school system. Failure or refusal on the part of any employee to comply with the provisions of this Article shall be cause for whatever disciplinary action is deemed necessary by the Board.

  • CERTIFICATION CLAUSES The CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION CLAUSES contained in the document CCC 04/2017 are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement by this reference as if attached hereto.

  • Contractor Certification Clauses Contractor represents and warrants that the following statements are true. During the term of the Agreement, Contractor shall not take an action, or omit to perform any act, that results in a representation and warranty becoming untrue. Contractor shall promptly notify the Judicial Council if any representation and warranty becomes untrue.

  • NO STRIKE/NO LOCKOUT CLAUSE 23.1 Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Union shall not strike and the Employer shall not lockout employees during the term of this Agreement.

  • General Clauses 29.1 This Deed of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and no agreement, representation or warranty between the Parties other than those set out herein are binding on the Parties.

  • ZIPPER CLAUSE 412. This Agreement sets forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters herein. This Agreement may be modified, but only in writing, upon the mutual consent of the parties except as otherwise provided herein.
