Feedback and Usage Data. Customer may, but is not required to, give Provider Feedback, in which case Customer gives Feedback “AS IS”. Provider may use all Feedback freely without any restriction or obligation. In addition, Provider may collect and analyze Usage Data, and Provider may freely use Usage Data to maintain, improve, and enhance Provider’s products and services without restriction or obligation. However, Provider may only share Usage Data with others if the Usage Data is aggregated and does not identify Customer or Users.

Feedback and Usage Data. If Customer or any of its employees or contractors sends or transmits any communications or materials to Terryberry by mail, email, telephone, or otherwise, suggesting or recommending changes to Services, including new features or functionality relating thereto, or any comments, questions, suggestions, or the like (collectively, "Feedback"), Terryberry is free to use such Feedback irrespective of any other obligation or limitation between the Parties governing such Feedback. Customer hereby assigns to Terryberry on Customer's behalf, and on behalf of its employees, contractors and/or agents, all right, title, and interest in, and Terryberry is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to any party, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Feedback, for any purpose whatsoever, although Terryberry is not required to use any Feedback. Terryberry shall be permitted to collect and use Usage Data for its reasonable business purposes and for Customer’s benefit. In the event Terryberry wishes to disclose the Usage Data or any part thereof to third parties (either during the Subscription Term or thereafter), such data shall be anonymized and/or presented in the aggregate so that it will not identify Customer or its Authorized Users. The foregoing shall not limit in any way Xxxxxxxxxx’x confidentiality obligations in Section 4 of the SaaS Terms.
Feedback and Usage Data. At its option, Customer may provide feedback or suggestions about the Dynatrace Offerings to Dynatrace ("Feedback”). Customer grants to Dynatrace and its Affiliates a non- exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable right and license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the Feedback without restriction or obligation. Dynatrace may monitor and collect Usage Data to improve Dynatrace’s current and future offerings, and if aggregated and not identifying Customer or any individual, for industry analysis, benchmarking, and analytics.

You represent and warrant that any Feedback that you provide does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the Intellectual Property Rights or other rights of any third party.

  • Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.
