Feedback and Usage Data. If Customer or any of its employees or contractors sends or transmits any communications or materials to Terryberry by mail, email, telephone, or otherwise, suggesting or recommending changes to Services, including new features or functionality relating thereto, or any comments, questions, suggestions, or the like (collectively, "Feedback"), Terryberry is free to use such Feedback irrespective of any other obligation or limitation between the Parties governing such Feedback. Customer hereby assigns to Terryberry on Customer's behalf, and on behalf of its employees, contractors and/or agents, all right, title, and interest in, and Terryberry is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to any party, any ideas, know-how, concepts, techniques, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Feedback, for any purpose whatsoever, although Terryberry is not required to use any Feedback. Feedback and Usage Data. At its option, Customer may provide feedback or suggestions about the Dynatrace Offerings to Dynatrace ("Feedback”).   • Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;
