Field Trip Cancellation. When a field trip is canceled, and notification is not given to 18 the employee until the actual day of the trip, the employee shall receive two (2) hours pay 19 or actual time worked, whichever is greater, based on the regular hourly rate. Field Trip 20 cancellations shall not count as a trip taken.

Field Trip Cancellation. In the event a field trip is scheduled during a time when a driver would not normally be working, and the trip is canceled on the day it is to be taken, the driver shall be paid the number of hours scheduled for the field trip or for two (2) hours whichever is less.
Field Trip Cancellation a. When a trip is canceled, that driver shall be given the opportunity to take the next trip not already assigned.
Field Trip Cancellation. Employees receiving District notification of school closure by the established communication method or phone the workday prior to, or the workday of a Field Trip, will not be expected to report to work and will not be compensated for the Field Trip. In the event a driver is notified of a trip cancellation, but the notification occurred more than two (2) hours in advance, efforts will be made to put the driver back on his/her assigned fixed route.
Field Trip Cancellation. 25 In the event a driver is assigned to a field trip or special trip cancelled by the District less than one hour 26 before the scheduled trip, he/she will be paid for one and one-half (1 V?) hours of his/her regular rate of 27 pay.
