Fire Staff Premium Pay. A. Non-shift safety personnel who are assigned to perform administrative duties shall receive Fire Staff Premium Pay.
Fire Staff Premium Pay. Effective the first full pay-period after the date of ratification of this Agreement by the membership and approval by the City Council, employees administratively assigned into a staff assignment on a 40-hour work week for a period longer than 3 months (excluding modified duty assignments) shall receive a Ten Percent (10%) Fire Staff Premium Pay. Any employee currently in such an assignment that is receiving Special Assignment Pay shall cease receiving Special Assignment Pay.
