SPARQ Solutions acknowledges the importance of employees maintaining a balance, and provides discretionary benefits in this Agreement to allow employees to organise their working arrangements in a more flexible way, subject to operational needs. This includes: ▪ Job share arrangementsWorking from home and ▪ Transition to retirement SPARQ Solutions will provide employees with information and education highlighting the choice and flexibility provided by this Agreement in areas such as balancing work and personal lives.

  • MINISTRY INITIATIVES OSSTF/FEESO education workers will be an active participant in the consultation process at the Ministry Initiatives Committee.   • Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
