Common use of For Part-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

For Part-Time Employees. Any employee scheduled to work less than the full-time work week and two-fifths or more time for the job classification may, at the discretion of the Agency/Department Head be included in a vacation scheduling unit with full-time employees in the same job classification, and in such cases both the full-time and the less than full-time employees shall have conflicting requests resolved according to the procedure indicated herein.
