FOUL WEATHER GEAR. 421. Represented Employees shall not be required to perform their normal work duties in the rain without being provided adequate foul weather gear consisting of hat, coat, pants and boots.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. 264. The City agrees to provide employees with adequate foul weather gear and required safety equipment, in compliance with Cal-OSHA regulations for the duration of this contract.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. 253. Employees working in classifications covered by the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to perform their normal work duties in the rain, cold or foul weather without being provided adequate foul weather gear, which may include insulated, reflective rain gear, bib overalls, rubber boots and parkas with hoods. Employees shall receive replacement foul weather gear as necessary.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. The Board shall maintain one set of foul-weather gear for each custodian assigned to outside duty and four (4) sets of foul-weather gear for the garage.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. 219. Classification 7311 Cement Xxxxx shall be provided adequate foul weather gear consisting of hat, coat, pants and boots when required to perform their normal work duties in the rain
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. The Employer shall provide foul weather gear such as, but not limited to, coats, boots, and gloves for the Service Worker(s).
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. 243. Employees working in classifications covered by the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to perform their normal work duties in the rain, cold or foul weather without being provided adequate foul weather gear, which may include insulated, reflective rain gear, bib overalls, rubber boots and parkas with hoods. Employees shall receive replacement foul weather gear as necessary. 244. HETCH-HETCHY ONLY – The City will provide insulated boots and insulated coveralls to employees assigned to work in snowing and freezing conditions.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. The Employer shall furnish foul weather gear where needed. The Employer may require the employee to reimburse the Employer the cost to replace the equipment in cases of obvious misuse or inattention.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. The City will supply rain suits and hoods at no cost to employees who are required to work while exposed to inclement weather. In addition, rubber gloves and rubber boots shall be supplied at no cost to such employees who are involved in work requiring such equipment as determined by their respective supervisor or Department Head. Such equipment will be replaced at the expense of the City when employees turn in old clothing which has been unavoidably damaged or worn out. The City will make available for use at no cost to the employee one (1) set of foul-weather gear (jacket, hood and pants). Such equipment shall be kept under the control and supervision of the respective supervisor and Department Head. In general this equipment shall be kept in the employee’s locker for use when necessary. Such equipment will be replaced at the expense of the City when the employee turns in old clothing which has been unavoidably damaged or worn out. The employee will be responsible to replace any of this gear that is lost or otherwise damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
FOUL WEATHER GEAR. The Employer shall maintain its current practice of providing the following foul weather gear: rainsuits; rubber boots; hard hat liners; and rubber glove liners.
