Foundry Service. Commencing on October 1, 1975, for job classifications set forth in Appendix G and commencing on November 1, 1976 with respect to job classifications under Xxxxx- xxx F of the 1973 Collective Bargaining Agreement as herein below defined, an employee who was or is em- ployed at a grey iron foundry of the Company on certain job classifications (which job classifications are set forth in Appendix G hereof or are otherwise defined as Foundry Jobs hereinbelow and are hereafter referred to as Foundry Jobs) shall be credited with an additional amount of service for the portion of his past and future service that is attributable to employment while on Foundry Jobs (which portion is hereafter referred to as Foundry Service), as determined in accordance with the next following paragraph of this Section 7, computed to the nearest one-tenth of a year (which additional amount of service is hereafter referred to as Additional Foundry Service), so that his years of credited service at retirement shall consist of the total of (i) the portion of his past and future service that is not attributable to employment while on Foundry Jobs, (ii) his Foundry Service and (iii) any such Additional Foundry Service which shall be credited to him in accordance with the following table:

Foundry Service. 1. An employee who has seniority on or after November 1, 1979, and who at retirement or at the date on which he loses his seniority has 10 years or more of credited service accrued while continuously employed on certain foundry job classifications determinable as set forth in Appendix G to this Pension Plan (any such job classification is hereinafter referred to as a Foundry Job) may receive an amount of credited service for a calendar year in addition to that credited to him for such year under other provisions of this Pension Plan. For purposes of this Subsection R, an employee is continuously employed on a Foundry Job while he is actively employed on, or on layoff or approved leave of absence from, a Foundry Job. If such an employee is continuously employed exclusively on one or more Foundry Jobs during a year, the amount of such additional credited service shall be determined in accordance with the following table:

III, 4 An employee with seniority on or after October 1, 2019 who at retirement has over 10 years of credited service which such employee accrued while employed on certain foundry job classifications as set forth in Appendix B, shall receive additional credited service related thereto. If any such employee (i) is not continuously employed in a calendar year, or (ii) is employed on other than such foundry jobs in such year, such additional credited service shall apply to any credited service otherwise credited to the employee for such year in accordance with the following table: Art.   • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • On-Site Service Under On-Site Service, a Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at your location. You must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service center. If so, the Service Provider will send the product to the service center at its expense.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.
