Fringe Benefits and Insurance. Retirement plans for all full-time faculty are provided by law in the following manner: 1. Under statute, all newly-appointed faculty with academic rank must, if they are not members of the Public Employees Retirement Systems (PERS), enroll in the Alternate Benefit Program (ABP). 2. Under no circumstances may any new faculty member who is a member of TPAF continue membership in TPAF unless the new faculty member is transferring existing membership from one New Jersey county college to another. 3. All newly-appointed faculty with academic rank who are active members of PERS when appointed have an option to remain in PERS or to participate in ABP.
Fringe Benefits and Insurance. (a) All full-time permanent active employees and their “eligible dependentscovered by this Agreement and all part-time active employees employed by Xxxx for twelve (12) consecutive months shall be provided a Summary Plan Description for the following benefits. All newly eligible employees and employees currently enrolled in the HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) will only be eligible for HMO Health Insurance coverage. Xxxx will only continue to offer the PPO option for those currently enrolled in the PPO. The PPO provisions effective September 1, 2008 are attached in the attached schedule of benefits (Schedule A). Pace reserves the right to change insurance carriers, self-insure, or implement cost containment features so long as the overall coverage and benefits available to employees on the effective date of this agreement is the same during the term of this Agreement. In addition to the above, nothing restricts Pace from making changes to medical service providers.

All administrative assistants who are employed on a 0.5 FTE basis or higher are eligible to participate in the District’s insurance plans at the contribution rates set forth below. An administrative assistant’s insurance coverage shall run from July 1st through June 30th provided the administrative assistant remains employed for the full school year. 2.   • Benefits and Insurance The Executive shall, in accordance with Company policy and the terms of the applicable plan documents, be eligible to participate in benefits under any benefit plan or arrangement that may be in effect from time to time and made available to similarly situated Company executives (including, but not limited to, being named as an officer for purposes of the Company’s Directors & Officers insurance policy). The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, add or eliminate benefits at any time. All benefits shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents, which may be amended or terminated at any time. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation each year, in addition to sick leave and observed holidays in accordance with the policies and practices of the Company. Vacation may be taken at such times and intervals as the Executive shall determine, subject to the business needs of the Company.

  • Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to such fringe benefits and perquisites as are provided by the Company to its senior executives from time to time, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company, and shall receive such additional fringe benefits and perquisites as the Company may, in its discretion, from time-to-time provide.

  • HEALTH AND INSURANCE BENEFITS 22.01 All health and insurance benefit premium costs paid by the Employer shall prorate in accordance with the proration formula under Article 22.12 of this Agreement. Same sex spouse is eligible to be a dependent for insured benefits.

  • Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.

  • Vacation and Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and fringe benefits at a level that is commensurate with the paid vacation and fringe benefits available to the Executive immediately prior to the Effective Date, or, if more favorable to the Executive, at the level made available from time to time to the Executive or other similarly situated officers at any time thereafter.

  • Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. The compensation payable pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be payable in equal semi-monthly installments on the last day of each such pay period. (b) The Executive shall be enrolled and participate in any retirement, group insurance and other fringe benefit plans and arrangements which are applicable to the similarly situated personnel of the Company and in effect from time to time, if the Executive is eligible therefor, in each case in accordance with and subject to the provisions thereof.

  • Award and Insurance Benefits Borrower shall cooperate with Lender in obtaining for Lender the benefits of any Awards or Insurance Proceeds lawfully or equitably payable in connection with the Property, and Lender shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection therewith (including attorneys’ fees and disbursements, and the payment by Borrower of the expense of an appraisal on behalf of Lender in case of Casualty or Condemnation affecting the Property or any part thereof) out of such Insurance Proceeds.

  • Fringe Benefit The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.

  • In-Kind Benefits and Reimbursements Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all (A) reimbursements and (B) in-kind benefits provided under this Agreement shall be made or provided in accordance with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code, including, where applicable, the requirement that (w) any reimbursement is for expenses incurred during the Executive’s lifetime (or during a shorter period of time specified in this Agreement); (x) the amount of expenses eligible for reimbursement, or in kind benefits provided, during a calendar year may not affect the expenses eligible for reimbursement, or in kind benefits to be provided, in any other calendar year; (y) the reimbursement of an eligible expense will be made no later than the last day of the calendar year following the year in which the expense is incurred; and (z) the right to reimbursement or in kind benefits is not subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.
