Monitors. 45.01 The Board shall provide noon monitors at the elementary schools during the time of noon recess and lunch on a daily basis. The monitors shall be under the direct supervision of a teacher on staff in the building. Teachers shall be assigned this duty on a rotating basis as mutually agreed upon by a majority of the teachers and the building principal.
Monitors. A. At least two lunchroom monitors shall be employed in each building, except for the high school where at least two shall be employed for each of the cafeterias.
B. The following clerical paraprofessionals shall be employed to assist teachers by performing such services as the building committee deems appropriate. Jobs shall be described and defined by the building representatives, building representative alternate, and the principal.
1. One three hour paraprofessional per day for each elementary school.
2. One six hour or two three hour paraprofessionals per day for each middle school.
3. Two six hour or four three hour paraprofessionals per day for the high schools.
C. Whenever any school has an enrollment of over 700 pupils, each nurse assigned to that school shall receive three hours of paraprofessional time per day for assistance in her/his duties except when there is more than one nurse assigned to the building. The aide time shall be provided so long as no individual aide now employed shall receive a change of classification of civil service status or an increase in her/his basic rate of pay because of the extra time spent assisting the nurse teacher. The Administration will make every effort to provide an additional person at the same hourly rate to perform said duties, if any change of status or rate of pay as aforementioned, shall prevent a present employee from performing said duties.
D. There shall be one paraprofessional in each school library.
E. Appropriate supplies shall be provided for each library paraprofessional.
F. Administrators and the building principal shall evaluate the above personnel and their effectiveness during the last week in May of each year.
Monitors. Up to two (2) impartial persons who are not members of the Lake Forest Fire Department may be selected by the Union to serve as monitors by giving written notice to the Fire Chief at least seven (7) days prior to the first day that monitors are to be used. If the Union designates a monitor/monitors, the City may also designate an equal number of monitors. Each party shall be responsible for all the costs and expenses of its designated monitor(s). Monitors are authorized to be present and observe the following components of the promotional process: unsealing of the Chief’s points (liaison), written examination, BFPC oral interviews, awarding of Ascertained Merit (liaison), and Assessment Center. Monitors shall not interfere with the promotional process, but shall report the full details and facts concerning any observed or suspected violations of the provisions of this Article applicable to the component being observed to the Union and the Fire Chief. To be considered, such written report must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the observed or suspected violation.
Monitors. It is agreed and understood that the following shall be implemented:
a) Any employee required to work on VDT/CRT's monitors will be required to have an eye examination immediately prior to commencing work on the unit and once a year thereafter as long as they continue to be required to work on VDT/CRT's monitors. This examination will establish the actual state of health of the eye.
b) The Employer will pay any additional cost in excess of that normally paid for by O.H.I.P. and any other medical coverage towards which the Employer contributes part or all of the premium cost. Payment will be conditional upon the employee signing a medical release so that a copy of the eye examination report can be provided to the Employer.
c) For employees working on VDT/CRT's monitors, the Employer agrees to pay for any special eyeglasses (contact lenses if medically required and eyeglasses cannot be worn) required by these employees in order to work on VDT/CRT's monitors.

The Department of Public Safety and Corrections shall contact this person immediately if they are unable to fulfill any of the requirements of, or has any questions regarding the interpretation of the provisions of the Agreement. The Department of Public Safety and Corrections' Agreement Monitor shall contact the Department's Agreement Monitor immediately if the Department of Public Safety and Corrections is unable to fulfill any of the requirements of, or has any questions regarding the interpretation of the provisions of the Agreement.
Monitors. A monitor engineer will be provided by the Venue who is competent, sober and familiar with the system must be available. Talkback and intercom must be connected between stage and FOH.
Monitors. Company shall provide bus monitors, as determined by the District in writing, who shall ride the buses used in providing Pupil Transportation Services provided for hereunder. Such monitors shall be carefully selected as to character and ability, and shall be subject to approval of District.
Monitors. Each customer facing functional area is responsible for monitoring a statistically valid sample of work types, by regulation, to ensure compliance with the applicable rules.
