FY23 i. Effective the first full pay period in July 2022, all bargaining unit employees will receive a 4% increase in their base pay by increasing the wage range by 2% and by moving up one step. Bargaining unit employees who have reached their maximum step will stay on their current step, and they will get a lump sum bonus equal to two percent of the em- ployee’s base compensation for the prior fiscal year, paid out on a quarterly basis.

FY23 a. Effective the first full pay period in July 2022, all bargaining unit employees will receive an increase of three percent (3%) in their base rate of pay.
FY23. The MOU, dated 7/21/2022, will be incorporated into the contract. Providers will be paid at their existing wage rate or the rate provided in the wage table in the MOU, whichever is higher.
FY23. Effective the first full pay period in August 2022, all other bargaining unit employees will be paid based on the wage grade tables attached as Exhibit A. For those employees who are currently not on a step, they will be placed on the step that matches their years of experience. If the new step placement results in a lower pay rate, the employee will be placed on a step that is closest to their existing pay rate without any reduction in pay.
FY23. Two percent (2.0%) (1.7% Sept. and 0.3% March/Feb.) *The February 1 increases shall be applicable to all 10 month and Elementary Secretaries. The March 1 increases shall be applicable to all other Secretaries.
FY23. (b) The CYEFR must cover the same period as the Audited Financial Statements, if required, and must be submitted in accordance with the audit schedule at 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.90. If Audited Financial Statements are not required, however, then the CYEFR must cover the Grantee’s fiscal year and must be submitted within 6 months of the Grantee’s fiscal year-end.
