Common use of General Illness Leave Benefit Clause in Contracts

General Illness Leave Benefit. 33.15 (a) An Employee who is unable to perform the Employee’s duties because of illness or injury for a period not exceeding three (3) consecutive work days may be granted leave with pay up to a maximum of eighteen (18) work days per fiscal year.
