2.2.1. For the purpose of encouraging the exchange of administrative experience and knowledge in fields of common interests, the institutions may select members of their technical-administrative staff to take part in the exchange program.

2.2.3. Salaries shall be paid by the institution of origin.
2.2.4. The activities conducted during the exchange period shall be consistent with the professional activities of the staff member at his/her institution of origin, and shall generate a report, to be submitted to the host institution and to the institution of origin.

An adequate health and personal liability insurance applying to life, health, and property claims including consequential financial damages, effective for the duration of their exchange program, under terms to be specified by each host institution, must be arranged by the faculty member/researcher in his/her country of origin before traveling to the host institution.

GOALS AND FORMS OF COOPERATION. SECTION ONE - The present Agreement regulates the conditions under the mutual parties interests agreed to intend and develop by means of common and mutual cooperation of academic exchange, properly focus on scientific and cultural joint research projects involving areas of mutual interest.

The main interests of this academic cooperation are as follows: To implement Master’s programs leading to a European and a Canadian degree in the field of forestry, environmental and conservation sciences/management and that include the development and delivery of field courses and internships To develop institutional bases for academic cooperation and exchanges To exchange students amongst EUC Members Admission to the TRANSFOR-M Program is a two-step process. First, the applicant must be selected for potential participation in the TRANSFOR-M Program; then the applicant must be granted admission by both the Home and the Host Institution. Applicants wishing to participate in the TRANSFOR-M Program must submit her/his application, including all application materials outlined in Appendix 2 for the proposed Home Institution and Host Institution(s) to the Liaison Officer of the Home Institution. The Liaison Officer will verify that the applicant meets the eligibility criteria for the TRANSFOR-M Program and the admission criteria of each Master’s program to which the applicant is applying. Admission requirements, deadlines and application material are noted in Appendix 2 and are current at the time of signing but may change without amendment to this Memorandum of Understanding.
GOALS AND FORMS OF COOPERATION. The main interests of this partnership are to: Mitigate risk and maximize client safety through compliance with established, evidence based national standards RhIG. Understand the respective roles, responsibilities and expectations of the licensed TML that provide RhIG and the MPG that receives and administers the RhIG. Outline the relationship and expectations of each party for ongoing consultation, and support as well as policy and procedure development in order that the standards may be met and continuously maintained. Determine the expectations of voluntary accreditation requirements for the MPG. The medical, technical and administrative coordination of this agreement is appointed to the following facility and group : < insert facility name(s) > The medical, technical and administrative coordination shall address and resolve logistical and administrative issues that may arise during the term of this agreement, and shall supervise and report on the activities conducted within the framework hereof.
