Gorgon Special Leave a) Gorgon Special Leave (GSL) is additional leave that accrues to an Employee (including a casual Employee) who works as directed by the Company all reasonably required working hours in their work cycle. GSL does not accrue during any period of R&R Leave.

  • Special Leave (a) Where leave from work is required, an employee shall be entitled to special leave at their regular rate of pay for the following:
