Groundskeepers. Groundskeepers shall work 12 months under the direction of the Director of Operations or his/her designee at their regular rate of pay. Groundskeepers may be used as second shift/evening custodial subs and for snowplowing, light maintenance, and/or work on building projects along with the maintenance crew. Groundskeepers will receive two weeks of vacation on their anniversary dates and will be given their years of service from their hire date for the accrual of additional vacation in accordance to section 7.6 (Vacation).
Groundskeepers. Groundskeepers who are assigned by the District to spray pesticides and who carry the necessary licensure will be paid an annual stipend of $750. The stipend will be divided among all 12 paychecks and will be prorated for new hires and terminations based on start and end date.

(1) Effective through December 30, 2021: The District will provide a complete uniform to members of the groundskeeping staff appointed by the Board of Education and reimburse up to three hundred dollars ($300), prorated for half the school year. Any and all claims for reimbursement must be submitted to the District on the approved form provided by the District twice per fiscal year no later than October 15th for payment on November 15th, and again no later than April 15th for May 15th payment. The employee is responsible for maintaining the clothing in a proper condition.
