Guest Behavior Sample Clauses

Guest Behavior. Only the lead name mentioned in the booking is permitted to use the accommodation. No other individuals are allowed to stay at the accommodation. The lead name is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during the stay. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue providing services to you if we, or any person in authority, believe that your behavior, whether communicated through any form or in person, is disruptive. In the event of disruptive behavior during your stay, we reserve the right to remove you from the accommodation without any entitlement to a refund. You will be liable for any damages, costs, and expenses (including legal expenses) incurred as a result. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, repairing, or replacing lost, damaged, or destroyed property, as well as compensating other guests, staff members, or agents affected by your actions. Disruptive behavior includes threats, abusive behavior, property damage, or any behavior that disturbs or endangers other guests, staff members, or agents.
Guest Behavior. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times. The Summit Condominium Rules - a complete copy of which will be provided at check-in - must be adhered to at all times. The Summit Condominium management reserves the right to remove any guest or all registered guests of a unit from the property for rules violations. Should this occur, we are unable to intervene on your behalf and NO REFUND will be provided. Additionally, a minimum $100 will charged for extra cleaning for evicted units.
Guest Behavior. The Social Space has residential and commercial neighbors. All guests are the responsibility of the Renter and the Renter will be held accountable if behavior becomes unruly or disruptive. Minor children are allowed with direct adult supervision. No pets are allowed. The Social Space has the right to evict or cancel, during the Renters event. the Renter, their guests, their vendors, at any time without notice if complaints are received for noise or other disruptive behavior. In the event this happens, no money shall be refunded.
Guest BehaviorNo parties or events, no drug use (including marijuana of any kind), no fireworks of any kind (including sparklers), no loud music or tv’s, no loud or disruptive behavior, no pets, no smoking or vaping inside the home, no burning of candles, wax warmers or incense. Quiet Hours are 11 pm-7 am. Golf carts must be parked during these hours. If Ocean Lakes Security or Horry County police are called to the premises or anywhere on Ocean Lakes property due to the actions, behavior, or noise level of the above-named guest or any guest within their group at any time during the license agreement, this license agreement will be immediately void and above-named person and all guests will be removed from the premises immediately, with no refund of any monies paid. Guest named above will be responsible for all fines levied upon them, anyone in their group, or site T-33 by Ocean Lakes Security during this license agreement. Guests who rent a golf cart or bring their own golf cart and register it to site T-33 agree to review Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Rules. Golf cart rules will be emailed to you prior to check in, they are posted on our refrigerator, and they are available for review online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-us/policies/golf-car-policies/ If guest or anyone in their party or otherwise is ticketed for any reason while on a golf cart registered to site T-33, guest signing this license agreement is responsible for immediately paying the fine ($100 up to $1000) to Ocean Lakes. If guest fails to pay the fine immediately, we are notified by Ocean Lakes Security and the above named and everyone in their group will be removed from the home, with no refund of any monies paid. If above named and/or guests leave the premises without paying any fine levied against them or site T-33 due to guest actions during the dates of this license agreement, the entire security/damage deposit ($500) will be withheld, plus above named will be responsible for any dollar amount of fines over the $500 deposit.
Guest Behavior. Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
Guest Behavior. Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with PRR procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of PRR, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of PRR, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. Quiet hours are reflected from 10pm- 8am daily. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from PRR if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, PRR shall have no obligation to refund you for lost Accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. Should an event be taking place during your stay, on commencement of the event you will have no access to any and all of the event space. Please access the lodge, restaurant, restrooms, and the activities from behind the event space.
Guest Behavior. Auditorium Management reserves the right to eject, or cause to be ejected, from the premises, any person or persons behaving in a disruptive manner. Auditorium Management will not be liable to the Licensee for any damages that might be incurred through the exercising of this right.
Guest BehaviorRental Party must confine themselves to the facility use as agreed in this contract. Noise must not be heard from more than 100 feet from the property. Refer to City of Tacoma noise ordinance (TMC 8.122). No loitering in the parking lot adjoining Xxxxx Xxxx or on the street, the sidewalks, or in the alley.
Guest BehaviorYou agree to refrain from loud noise and will not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor will you use the property for any offensive or unlawful purposes. Smoking is not allowed inside Owl’s Hoot Chalet but is allowed outside, and an ashtray is provided on the pavilion. If butts are disposed of improperly outside (such as on the ground), you may incur an additional cleaning fee. House rules are posted on the refrigerator and in the guest information notebook on the coffee table.
Guest BehaviorYou agree to refrain from loud noise and to not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors; to not use the property for any offensive or unlawful purposes; and to not conduct illegal activity on or near the property. Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed inside Owl’s Hoot Chalet but is allowed outside, and an ashtray is provided on the pavilion. If butts are disposed of improperly outside (such as on the ground), you may be charged an additional cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit or to pay an additional $500 cleaning fee. House rules are posted on the refrigerator and in the guest information notebook on the coffee table.
