Travel Documentation. Upon embarkation, the Guest shall have in his or her possession, and assumes all responsibility for obtaining, all visas, passports, certified birth certificates, travel and health documents required by any governmental authority, and if he or she fails to do so the Carrier shall have no further obligation to transport or to furnish transportation to the Guest. The Guest is advised to consult his or her travel agent or the appropriate governmental authority concerning required documentation for travel. The Guest shall indemnify the Carrier for all penalties, fines, charges, losses and expenses imposed upon or incurred by the Carrier due to the Guest's failure to have proper documentation or otherwise comply with applicable laws or regulations of any kind. Any stamps on tickets, customs, excise or other taxes or fines on the Guest or the Carrier resulting from the Guest's conduct, embarkation expenses, and all expenses of such a nature are to be paid by the Guest. If the Guest is denied boarding for failing to comply with the requirements of this paragraph, the Carrier shall not be liable to refund the Guest's fare or for any other damages or expenses whatsoever.

Travel Documentation. 17.1. The Client is solely responsible to ensure that his/her passports, visas, insurance cover and vaccinations certificates, (and any other travel documents and/or requirements of any nature whatsoever) are valid for the duration of the Tour and in the countries to be visited. Moreover, to avoid complications with customs and immigration, the Client must ensure that there are at least 3 (three) consecutive blank VISA pages in their passports at the commencement of the Tour. 17.2. The Client must consult his/her Embassy for up-to-date visa requirements. Citizens of certain countries are required to obtain visas before travelling and it must be noted that certain visas can take up to 3 months to be processed.

Travel Documentation. 11.1 We advise you to carefully read through your invoice, tickets or any other documentation we issue to you. Once Bookings have been confirmed and full payment has been made, documents will be emailed to you 21 days prior to the tour start date free of charge. 11.6 Circumstances where an email is not sufficient and you wish to acquire physical documents, a $20 postage fee will be charged for requests made prior to 21 days from the start date. For requests made within 21 days of the start date, an expedited $30 postage fee will be charged. Documents scheduled for collection on the day of departure will incur no cost.

Travellers do not need an ETA when entering Canada by land or sea. • Immigration authorities have the sole discretion to deny entry even when the relevant documentation is provided.
