Health and Safety Information. With respect to conditions in the workplace, the Employer agrees to furnish to the Union any requested health and safety information in its possession.
Health and Safety Information. The following information shall be reported, including:
a) an updated monthly report of fire and safety drills for the current school year pursuant to the School’s Emergency Drills Summary on or before the last day of each month;
b) a report of previous year’s fire and other safety drills shall be submitted by August 1;
c) updated emergency plans, emergency contact information, etc. to be submitted by September 1, and within seven (7) business days of any revisions thereafter..
Health and Safety Information. PROTEON shall provide LONZA with all information in PROTEON’s possession or control concerning any health hazards or potential health hazards associated with exposure to or the handling, storage, use or disposal of Drug Substance, including, without limitation, a Material Safety Data Sheet for Drug Substance. In * CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED. OMITTED PORTIONS FILED WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO RULE 406 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED. the event that any such information is updated or corrected, PROTEON shall promptly notify LONZA thereof and provide LONZA with the updated or corrected information.
Health and Safety Information a. The Employer shall provide the Union access to health and safety records consistent with the Ohio Privacy Act and provide copies of such records as requested by the Union. The Employer shall notify the Union of the report of any job-related, disabling injury/illness within five (5) work days of the report and provide copies of the report to the Union.
b. The Employer shall provide to the Union and an affected employee(s), all available product information and safety data regarding any specific chemicals which the Employer provides to be used at the worksite.

Client shall provide LONZA with all information in Client’s possession or control concerning any health hazards or potential health hazards associated with exposure to or the handling, storage, use or disposal of Drug Substance, including, without limitation, a Material Safety Data Sheet for Drug Substance. In the event that any such information is updated or corrected, Client shall promptly notify LONZA thereof and provide LONZA with the updated or corrected information.
Health and Safety Information. Counterparty acknowledges receipt of Inergy's Material Safety Data Sheet for the Product and is aware of the hazards or risks in handling or using the Product. Inergy and Counterparty shall maintain compliance with all safety and health related governmental requirements concerning the Product. Counterparty shall disseminate to its customers appropriate health and safety warnings and notices concerning the Product. Counterparty shall cooperate with Inergy to facilitate the dissemination of any health and safety warnings and notices received or produced by Inergy. In this regard, upon request of Inergy, Counterparty shall promptly provide to Inergy an accurate listing of the types of uses made of the Product by Counterparty, and provide accurate information in response to such requests. Further, Counterparty shall make reasonable efforts to determine the uses of the Product by Counterparty's customers. Counterparty also shall transmit to Counterparty's customers any health and safety warnings and notices received from Inergy, promptly after such warnings and notices are furnished to Counterparty by Inergy.
Health and Safety Information. Each party shall make available to the other summaries of all technical, toxicological, environmental, health and safety information and data, and information and data relating to customer complaints and governmental action, inquiry or investigation relating to its products of which it has knowledge. Each party shall hold all such information and data in confidence in accordance with the terms and conditions of Section 10 of this Agreement.
Health and Safety Information. With respect to conditions in the workplace, the UPCE agrees to furnish to the AEU any requested health and safety information in its possession.
Health and Safety Information. (a) Pursuant to the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard ("HCS") 29 CFR 1910.1200, Lessee and its employees are advised of the Material Safety Data Sheets ("MSDS") for the location and the Food Mart's Hazard Communication Plan ("Plan"). The food Mart manager can advise you of the MSDSs and Plan's location.
(b) The MSDS's and Plan advise Lessee of (i) the hazards which may be present, including but not limited to the flammability of Texaco products, and the eye or skin irritation which may be associated with various products in use at the location; (ii) how to protect themselves from these potential hazards during normal operating conditions and in foreseeable emergencies; and (iii) how the location labels containers containing hazardous chemicals which do not display a manufacturer's label.
(c) Lessee must provide a current and complete MSDS for any hazardous chemical(s) it brings onto the Grounds. The MSDS's must be provided to the Food Mart manager, BEFORE the hazardous chemical(s) is brought onto the Grounds. Lessee shall not leave or dispose of any hazardous chemical(s), including their empty containers, on the Grounds overnight unless Lessor provides prior written approval of such items.
(d) Prior to starting any work, Lessee is responsible for item employees and agents becoming aware of all potential hazards and taking the necessary precautionary measures. Precautionary measures include, but are not limited to the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, such as suitable gloves, eye protection, as may be appropriate.
Health and Safety Information. The School shall annually provide safety information including a report of previous year’s fire drills and updated emergency plans, emergency contact information, etc. on or before the annually published due date from the District.
