HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVISION. 208.1 The Board will strive to maintain healthy and safe conditions at the school site in compliance with applicable statutes and/or regulations. Employees will not be required to work under unsafe or hazardous conditions as determined by a proper regulatory authority.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVISION. 1. The Employer shall be responsible to ensure and maintain conditions of employment that are free of hazards that are causing or are likely to cause accident, injury, or illness to employees. The Employer's Occupational Safety and Health program shall comply with the requirements of ORC 4167.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROVISION. Subcontractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of any and all federal, state, local, municipal or other agencies having jurisdiction over the Work and at the Project and in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations. Subcontractor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Onsite from and against any liability arising out of any violation of the above mentioned laws and regulations by Subcontractor, and/or Subcontractor's employees, agents or subcontractors.
