Emergency Drills. Contractor personnel must become familiar with their prescribed assignments in an emergency and participate in drills conducted on CCI facilities, when requested.
Emergency Drills. The Board of Trustees requires emergency drills at least once each semester. Emergency procedures for leaving the classroom or building are posted in each room. Pupils should move quickly, quietly, and in an orderly manner to provide for the safety of the entire group. Lunch will be offered on a daily basis. Students may also bring lunch from home. The daily cost of a lunch is $5.00 (can be subject to change). Parents MUST prepay to their student’s MYCA account page for their student’s lunches or break. Students with no funds on their account will not be allowed to charge. Cash payment can not be taken in the cafeteria. As good stewards, students should assist in keeping the cafeteria clean and taking care of school property. Students are to sit on the table stools provided and not on the tabletops. All trash should be thrown in the trash bins. • Lunch and Break: Lunch and break will be offered in the cafeteria on a daily basis except during a half day schedule. Students may bring a sack lunch or snack from home provided it is eaten only in the cafeteria. • Food and Drinks: Food and drinks, other than water in clear containers, are to be consumed in the cafeteria only. Any food items or opened drinks outside of the cafeteria during school hours will be confiscated. • Gum and Candy: Gum chewing is not allowed at school. Candy may be consumed in the cafeteria only.
Emergency Drills. The school will conduct emergency drills of various nature in accordance with State law. Specific instructions on how to proceed will be provided to students by their teachers who will be responsible for safe, prompt, and orderly evacuation of the classroom/building. Evacuation plans will be posted in classrooms. Tornado drills will be conducted to make students aware of the safest location in case of severe weather. Students will also practice emergency procedures in the event an intruder enters the building. Xxxxx Center West Middle School has a standard grading procedure as well as additional notations that may indicate work in process or incomplete work. The purpose of a grade is to indicate the extent to which the student has acquired the necessary learning. In general, students are assigned grades based upon test results, homework, projects, and classroom participation. Each teacher may place a different emphasis on these areas in determining a grade and will so inform the students at the beginning of the course work. If a student is not sure how his/her grade will be determined, she should ask the teacher. Students transferring into Xxxxx Center will receive a credit for coursework that was credited to them at their previous school. Emergency Drills. All schools in the District shall conduct fire drills at least monthly. Tornado drills shall also be conducted not fewer than three (3) times per year with at least one each in the months of September, January, and February. Students who ride school buses shall also participate in emergency evacuation drills at least twice each year. The District shall annually conduct an active shooter drill and school safety assessment for all District schools in collaboration with local law enforcement and emergency management personnel. Students will be included in the drills to the extent that is appropriate to the age of both the student and grade configuration of the school. Drills may be conducted during the instructional day or during non-instructional time periods Other types of emergency drills may also be conducted to test the implementation of the District’s emergency plans in the event of an earthquake, terrorist attack that might include the use of biological or chemical agents. Students shall be included in the drills to the extent practicable. In the case of an actual emergency, the District Crisis Response Team will follow planned procedures for the safety and well-being of our students. Parents are encouraged NOT to come to the school or to tie up the phone lines by phoning in emergency situations. Rather, we would ask you to wait by your phone, listen to the radio, check our school Facebook pages, etc. for school-closing information, and allow the Crisis Response Team to contact you if the emergency has involved your child. .
Emergency Drills. The Master may whenever he deems it advisable require all employees to participate in life boat or other emergency drills. Such drills shall take place at least once per calendar month.

Emergency Drills. Fire drills are conducted once each month. Detailed escape plans are posted inside the door of each classroom door. In the case of an emergency and/or fire drill, each has an escape route to an outside area, a safe distance from the building. Students are moved to these designated areas within a specified period of time in a safe, quiet, orderly manner. Students must take the fire drill seriously. They must listen for instructions and cease all playing. Teachers are to have a roll call of all students. Field trips within our city and to nearby points of interest are scheduled by various classroom teachers and staff throughout the school year. These trips are designated to enhance the classroom curriculum as well as to introduce students to enriching resources outside of the classroom. Parents will receive notices of field trips well in advance of the scheduled trip date and will be asked to sign field trip permission forms. Verbal permission will not be accepted in lieu of providing the school with a written signature. A fee may be required to help defray transportation or facility usage fees. The need for parent/guardian chaperones will be communicated through your child's teacher.
Emergency Drills. Contractor shall participate in emergency response drills to test the effectiveness of its emergency procedures and equipments and the knowledge and proficiency of Contractor's Personnel. Contractor will provide with their emergency response plan (ERP) which must be adoptable to suit the site.

Emergency Drills- The school will conduct several emergency drills each month, including: fire, earthquake, and intruder alerts. Teachers are responsible for making sure that all emergencies are followed as outlined in the emergency flipchart. All members of the class will know and understand the fire and earthquake regulations that are explained in the emergency flipchart.
