Health Plan, Eligibility and Contributions. For the appropriate Health and Welfare Plans, Employer contributions and eligibility rules, see Appendix A. To the extent that this Agreement changes Health and Welfare benefits, the effective date of any such change shall be subject to the rules of the General Employees Trust Fund. Until an employee has affirmatively enrolled in the Kaiser benefit plan, he/she shall be covered under the default medical plan (ULLICO) as specified by the Trust Fund rules.
