Hearing Aid Plan Sample Clauses
Hearing Aid Plan. Effective August 1, 1997, and for the duration of this agreement, coverage will be seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars, paid once every thirty-six (36) months (employees and dependents) toward the cost of purchasing a hearing aid.
