Hearing Attendance. If a pre-disciplinary hearing is held, a member acting as Lodge representative shall be compensated for the time spent at the hearing where the hearing is held during the member’s regular hours of employment. The member who is the subject of the discipline shall not receive compensation if the hearing is held during non-work hours.
Hearing Attendance. LCC shall send at least one representative knowledgeable about the Development to speak in support of the Development at the Minneapolis Planning Commission, the City’s Zoning and Planning Committee, Community Development Committee and Ways and Means Committee and the City Council. LCC will encourage attendance by individuals who are interested in or affected by the Development.
Hearing Attendance. On matters of Employer-employee relations (when meetings or hearings, etc. are mutually scheduled), substitutes will be paid by the District and the teacher(s)’ attendance will be without loss of pay or benefit.
