Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation. For each Paid Holiday (or day in lieu thereof) which falls within an Employee's vacation period, the Employee shall be paid Paid Holiday pay and he or she shall receive one (1) extra day of paid vacation, to be taken in conjunction with the Employee's vacation or at another time mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee.
