Common use of Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Holiday Coinciding with a Day of Vacation. In the event any of the holidays in Clause 15.1 occur during the period of an employee's vacation, an additional full day's vacation with pay shall be allowed for each holiday so occurring to be taken concurrent with that period of vacation or such other mutually agreed upon time. This is to be scheduled in accordance with Clause 16.6(c).
