Honoraria. Honoraria are payments to a professional person for services for which no fee is required. Honorarium excludes such things as a certificate or other token of appreciation, which has nominal value and may be accepted as a ceremonial courtesy. Employees are not allowed to accept honoraria.

Honoraria. Where ETS is conducting validation research on Tests, and will pay Examinees to take such Tests, ETS may elect to use Sylvan Test Centers and request Sylvan to recruit Examinees from the area served by the Test Centers, and using Sylvan checks, pay to each Examinee who completes the Test the ETS specified honorarium.
Honoraria. Within sixty days of the Implementation Date, the Defendant shall pay to Class Counsel in trust the sum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for contribution to the payment of honoraria in equal measure to each of the three Plaintiffs in this Proceeding. From the amount of Class Counsel legal fees as set forth at Section 15.01, if and as approved by the Court, Class Counsel will seek Court approval to provide: (a) an additional $20,000 honorarium to each of the three Plaintiffs in this Proceeding; and (b) a $30,000 honorarium to Xxxxx Xxxxxx. Canada shall take no position on this request by Class Counsel to contribute to the payment of honoraria from Class Counsel legal fees. The PLGU shall grant honoraria to personnel rendering services that require superior knowledge and expertise in a specific field beyond the scope of his/her job description, pursuant to DBM Budget Circular No. 01-07 dated April 23, 2007 and DBM Budget Circular No. 02-07 dated October 1, 2007.
