Hours of Duty and Work Schedules. (1) An employee who teleworks must work the same schedules that the employee would have worked at the regular office/worksite, including compressed or flexible schedules under Article 12 of this Agreement. Eligible work schedules for employees participating in telework are the same as for those employees working at the regular office/worksite.
Hours of Duty and Work Schedules. Employees who telework will maintain a single type of schedule (e.g., compressed, flexible work schedule) whether at the Official Agency Worksite or the AWL. Unstructured arrangements where employees work at the AWL without prior supervisory approval are not permitted.
