Hours - Wages - Working Conditions. Section 3.01. (a) Eight (8) hours work, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with thirty (30) minutes for a lunch period between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., to be decided by conditions of the job, shall constitute a day's work. All work performed outside of the stated hours will be paid at the overtime rate. When time clocks are required by the Employer, employees shall punch such time clocks on the Employer's time. "Signing In," "Badging In," or "Brassing In," is construed as the same as punching a time clock.
