In-Service Compensation. “In-Service” courses shall be defined so as to mean courses or classes sponsored by the district, scheduled after normal working hours and held in the schools. For clerical staff, the compensation will be $15 per hour of instruction for the successful completion of an in-service course.

In-Service Compensation. The Onalaska School District encourages attendance at professional activities held on the statewide in-service day(s). Association members participating in meetings, seminars and workshops approved by the principal and superintendent will be reimbursed for mileage up to a one hundred (100) mile distance (200 miles round trip) as authorized by the District.
