Incentive Employees. Incentive employees are those employees hired for make-work projects and paid for by money primarily made available by the Federal and/or Provincial Governments. Such employees shall not be subject to the provisions of this Agreement, but such projects shall not jeopardize the continued employment of employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

Incentive Employees. Whenever an employee is temporarily assigned outside of the employee's job classification the employee will be paid as follows: (a) If the incentive base rate of the job classification to which the employee is assigned is equal to or lower than the employee's regular incentive base rate, and the task or operation has an incentive standard, the employee's earnings will be computed in accordance with Section 9.06 using the employee's regular incentive base rate. If an employee working on a cell rate is assigned other work, the employee will be paid the cell rate. (b) If the task or operation does not have an incentive standard, the employee will be paid the Labour Grade 10 non incentive rate.
Incentive Employees. An employee employed under the provisions of Clause 13 of this Agreement (Payment by Results) has the opportunity to be paid at a higher level where their performance has been assessed as excellent across a range of criteria. 12.4.1 Where an employee has been assessed as excellent and promoted to a higher level as a consequence, the promoted employee shall be required to perform consistently at that level of excellence. Failure to do so will lead to a re-assessment which may result in the promoted employee being re-classified to the level below. Any promoted employee receiving a written warning for misconduct will be automatically re-classified to the level below.

  • Eligible Employees Regular and probationary, full time and less than full-time employees (on a pro rata basis) are eligible to participate in this program. Sec. 903 COURSES ELIGIBLE: The following criteria will be used in determining eligibility for reimbursement:

  • Incentive, Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all incentive, savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, practices, policies and programs provide the Executive with incentive opportunities (measured with respect to both regular and special incentive opportunities, to the extent, if any, that such distinction is applicable), savings opportunities and retirement benefit opportunities, in each case, less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of those provided by the Company and its affiliated companies for the Executive under such plans, practices, policies and programs as in effect at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • New Employees The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect.

  • TIME EMPLOYEES Part-time employee means an employee whose weekly scheduled hours of work on average are less than those established in Article 25 but not less than those prescribed in the Public Service Labour Relations Act.

  • Newly Hired Employees All employees hired to an insurance eligible position must make their benefit elections by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. Insurance eligible employees will automatically be enrolled in basic life coverage. If employees eligible for a full Employer Contribution do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic by their initial effective date, and do not waive medical coverage, they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the employee’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If an employee does not choose a health plan administrator and primary care clinic by their initial effective date, but was previously covered as a dependent immediately prior to their initial effective date, they will be defaulted to the plan administrator and primary care clinic in which they were previously enrolled.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.

  • Incentive Compensation Plan In addition to receipt of Basic Compensation under the Employment Agreement, you shall participate in the Incentive Compensation Plan for Executive Officers of the Company (the “Compensation Plan”) and shall be eligible to receive incentive compensation under the Compensation Plan as may be awarded in accordance with its terms.

  • Long-Term Incentive Awards The Executive shall participate in any long-term incentive awards offered to senior executives of the Company, as determined by the Compensation Committee.
