Inclement Weather and Other Emergency Closings. A. The release of employees by the Chief Justice, or designee, from the workplace due to inclement weather or other emergencies shall not result in a loss of earnings for the hours of release time, however, employees on leave at the time shall not have their leave credit adjusted.
