Increment Adjustments. In support of the Department’s efforts to strengthen police officer retention, employees at step E shall receive three (3) steps on their annual increment date.
Increment Adjustments. 1. Annual increment adjustments shall be effective the first work day after July 1st, for those individuals who are eligible for the next increment.
Increment Adjustments. 13-3-1 Compensation adjustments for teachers who obtain a Masters or Doctoral Degree will be made twice yearly on August 15 and February 1 of each contract year. An official transcript showing the advanced degree shall be provided to the Human Resources Department by August 15 for first semester adjustments and by February 1 for second semester adjustments. Application for adjustments shall be the responsibility of the teacher. Continued use of the August 15 deadline will be subject to negotiations between the Board and Association in 2011-2012. (Staff development adjustments are made once each year. Request for adjustment based on staff development must be made by August 15 of each year.)
