Increment Denied i) The Employer may deny a salary increment to an employee if it is dissatisfied with the employee’s performance. Where the Employer intends to deny a salary increment to an employee, the Employer shall, at least two (2) weeks, but not more than six (6) weeks before the due date for the salary increment of the employee, give the employee the reason for the denial in writing.
