Individualized Education Plans. Any member who is required to prepare and maintain IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) for identified students with disabilities and conduct IEP conferences shall be paid three (3) extended days at a rate of $300. With regard to the implementation of IEPs, it is understood that Intervention Specialists and classroom teachers shall work in tandem to meet the needs of students with IEPs. Specifically, Intervention Specialists shall bear primary responsibility for the creation of IEPs. Classroom teachers and Intervention Specialists shall jointly bear responsibility for implementing IEPs.

Individualized Education Plans. (IEPs) RELEASE TIME Two days per month, per site, will be dedicated to IEPs during the months of September through May using release time. Exceptions to this provision will be determined by mutual agreement between the Federation and the District.
Individualized Education Plans. Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) will be developed for each student based on assessment results, teacher observations and conferences. The IEPs will be maintained in a student portfolio that contains annual goals and documentation of academics and personal growth as evidenced by reliable and valid benchmark and summative assessments and artifacts.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Employee Education (A) At the discretion of the Agency Head or designee, the state may allow employees to attend short courses, institutes, and workshops which will improve their performance in their current position, without a loss of pay and benefits.

  • Member Education The Contractor shall provide members with general information about the benefits packages covered under the Hoosier Healthwise program.
