Industry Outreach. The Company has a role in promoting Tiered Preparedness and Response, Net Environmental Benefit Analysis* and Overcoming Barriers on behalf of industry and to build collaborative partnerships between industry, governments and other stakeholders as required to encourage effective preparedness and response. • Support to industry through participation in key conferences and seminars promoting Tiered Preparedness and Response and Net Environmental Benefit Analysis* and Overcoming Barriers as the three fundamentals upon which OSRL stands • Collaborate with the global oil and gas industry association for environmental and social issues (IPIECA), the International Maritime Organization (IMO) to provide assistance and support to the regional Global Initiative (GI) programmes, the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP). • Drive and provide leadership to the Industry Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) and other industry technical working groups, forums and associations to share good practice throughout the wider response community • Provide resources to support the dissemination of the Joint Industry Project outputs including the IOGP/IPIECA Good Practice Guides

Industry Outreach. During the duration of this Agreement, SANDAG will serve as the lead agency in connection with industry outreach on the Old Town Campus Revitalization, with the cooperation and assistance of Navy and in accordance with the roles and responsibilities to be outlined and agreed upon by the Parties. The industry outreach process is designed to ensure, among other things, financial feasibility and sufficient market interest. The Parties will meet and confer to agree upon the roles and responsibilities of each Party and identify the optimal transactional and procurement structure. SANDAG will serve as the lead agency in connection with industry outreach and procurements on the Old Town Campus Revitalization.
Industry Outreach. Market Sounding Permits the public owner to assess the reaction of the industry to a project, and should begin before the procurement process officially starts. Utilizes a variety of tools, including an industry forum, requests for information (“RFI”), and one-on-one meetings. Provides the owner with the opportunity to consider industry input when developing the procurement. Includes a presentation on the contemplated project scope, procurement timeline, and procurement process. Section 3.1 One-on-One Meetings with Proposers Meetings with potential proposers on a confidential one-on-one basis during an industry outreach process before the procurement commences; to receive input from potential proposers prior to issuance of the final RFP; after issuance of the final RFP to obtain input from short-listed proposers regarding the RFP, alternative technical concepts (“ATC”), or Conceptual Technical Submittals; or after submission of proposals in connection with discussions and submissions of best and final offers (“BAFO”). Sections 3.1, 3.8.2 (“Alternative Technical Concepts”), 3.9, and 3.11.3 Short-Listing Identifies a limited number of proposers that the owner deems most qualified to perform the project. Industry Outreach. The Company has an agreed role in supporting its Members’ in dialogue with governments, regulators, the scientific community and other stakeholders, especially in the promotion of Good Practice as defined in the IOGP/IPIECA report series: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/bookstore/product-category/environment/oil-spills/. In particular, the Company focusses on the themes of Tiered Preparedness & Response, use of Net Environmental Benefit Analysis and Spill Impact Mitigation Assessment (NEBA/SIMA) and Overcoming Barriers; especially in relation to dispersant approvals. These activities are required to encourage efficient and effective science-based preparedness and response decision-making.

Related to Industry Outreach

  • MINISTRY INITIATIVES OSSTF/FEESO education workers will be an active participant in the consultation process at the Ministry Initiatives Committee. Ministry Initiatives Committee shall meet at least quarterly each year to discuss new initiatives, including implications for training, resources.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Outreach Not less than 30 days prior to the opening of bids or the selection of contractors, the Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor shall:

  • MINISTRY/SCHOOL BOARD INITIATIVES ETFO will be an active participant in the consultation process to develop a Ministry of Education PPM regarding Ministry/School Board Initiatives.

  • Tourism In this field, the objective of the cooperation will be to strengthen the promotion of the tourist potentialities of the Parties, as well as to facilitate the information exchange and the conservation of natural and cultural attractions.

  • Research Independence The Company acknowledges that each Underwriter’s research analysts and research departments, if any, are required to be independent from their respective investment banking divisions and are subject to certain regulations and internal policies, and that such Underwriter’s research analysts may hold and make statements or investment recommendations and/or publish research reports with respect to the Company and/or the offering that differ from the views of its investment bankers. The Company hereby waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims that the Company may have against such Underwriter with respect to any conflict of interest that may arise from the fact that the views expressed by their independent research analysts and research departments may be different from or inconsistent with the views or advice communicated to the Company by such Underwriter’s investment banking divisions. The Company acknowledges that the Representative is a full service securities firm and as such from time to time, subject to applicable securities laws, may effect transactions for its own account or the account of its customers and hold long or short position in debt or equity securities of the Company.

  • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Public Procurement The Parties shall cooperate to develop conditions for open and competitive award of contracts for goods and services in particular through calls for tenders.
