Each Party shall promptly publish any measure of general application regarding covered procurement and any modification to this information, in an officially designated electronic or paper medium that is widely disseminated and remains readily accessible to the public.
Information on the Procurement System. 1. Each Party shall promptly publish its procurement laws, regulations, procedures, policy guidelines, judicial decisions, and administrative rulings of general application, relating to covered procurement, and any change or addition thereof, in an electronic or paper medium that is widely disseminated and remains accessible to the public. 2. Each Party shall promptly reply to any request from the other Party for an explanation of any matter relating to its procurement laws, regulations, procedures, policy guidelines, judicial decisions, and administrative rulings of general application.

(a) promptly publish any law, regulation, judicial decision, administrative ruling of general application, standard contract clause mandated by law or regulation and incorporated by reference in notices or tender documentation and procedure regarding covered procurement, and any modifications thereof, in an officially designated electronic or paper medium that is widely disseminated and remains readily accessible to the public; and
(b) provide an explanation thereof to any Party, on request.
2. Each Party shall list:
(a) in Appendix II, the electronic or paper media in which the Party publishes the information described in paragraph 1;
(b) in Appendix III, the electronic or paper media in which the Party publishes the notices required by Articles VII, IX:7 and XVI:2; and
(c) in Appendix IV, the website address or addresses where the Party publishes:
(i) its procurement statistics pursuant to Article XVI:5; or
(ii) its notices concerning awarded contracts pursuant to Article XVI:6.
3. Each Party shall promptly notify the Committee of any modification to the Party's information listed in Appendix II, III or IV.

Each Party shall promptly publish its procurement laws, regulations, procedures, policy guidelines, judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application regarding covered procurements, as well as and any changes or additions to this information, in electronic or paper media that are widely disseminated and remain accessible to the public.
2. Each Party shall list in Annex 9-B the electronic or paper media in which the Parties publishes the information described in paragraph 1.
3. Each Party shall promptly reply to any request from the other Party for an explanation of any matter relating to its procurement laws, regulations, procedures, policy guidelines, judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application.
Information on the Procurement System. For the purposes of transparency, the Parties shall make publicly available their respective laws and regulations relating to government procurement. The Parties shall exchange the lists of media resources in which the Parties publish relevant information on government procurement. The Parties shall endeavour to establish and maintain electronic means for publishing their respective laws and regulations and information on government procurement, given the available resources. Each Party may expand the content of the government procurement information and the scope of the services provided through electronic means.

2. Part 1 of Annex IV lists:
(a) the electronic or paper media in which each Party publishes the information described in paragraph 1 of this Article;
(b) the electronic or paper media in which each Party publishes the notices required by Article 124, Article 126(7) and Article 133(2); and
(c) the website address or addresses where each Party publishes its notices concerning awarded contracts pursuant to Article 133(2).
3. Each Party shall promptly notify the Cooperation Committee of any modification to the Party's information listed In Part 1 of Annex IV. The Cooperation Committee shall regularly adopt decisions reflecting the modifications to Part 1 of Annex IV.

(b) the electronic or paper media in which the Party publishes the notices required by Articles 6, 8 and 15.2.] [US: 2. (b) the electronic media in which the Party publishes the notices required by Article 16.6 (Notices), paragraph 8 of Article 16.8 (Qualification of Suppliers), and paragraph 2 of Article 16.15 (Transparency of Procurement Information).

(a) promptly publish any measure of general application, including standard contract terms mandated by law or regulation, regarding covered procurement in officially designated paper or electronic medium; and
(b) provide upon request of the other Party, to the extent possible, an explanation thereof.
2. Section H (Publication of Procurement Information) of each Party's Annex to this Chapter lists the paper or electronic medium through which the Party publishes the information described in paragraph 1 and the notices required by Article 9.6 (Notices), paragraph 7 of Article 9.8 (Qualification of Suppliers) and paragraph 3 of Article 9.17 (Post-Award Information).
Information on the Procurement System. Each Party shall:
(a) publish, without delay, any information concerning measures of general application, which specifically regulate a procurement covered by this Chapter, and any modification of such measures, in the same manner as the original publication, in an electronic medium listed in Annex I;
(b) provide information on judicial and administrative decisions of general application, and
(c) provide clarifications to the other Party, when requested.
