Initiation and Planning. (a) The Parties and the Benchmarker will formulate (i) the scope of the Benchmark; (ii) the roles and responsibilities of each of the entities involved; (iii) the expectations of the Parties; (iv) the proposed timing for conducting the Benchmark; and (v) other relevant items associated with conducting the Benchmark ((i) through (v), collectively, the “Benchmarking Process”).
Initiation and Planning. The scope of this task is to plan and manage the inception of the project and it shall cover all the activities of the Initiating phase in the PM2 Agile Methodology. The Contractor will setup the project team, allocating the key roles and define a comprehensive plan for the iterations and releases.
