Installation, Training and Support. Except as expressly provided under the Hosted License Agreement, CNP shall have no obligation to provide installation, training or support services for the CNP Platform.

Installation, Training and Support. 7.1 SmartSources shall provide the following installation, training and support:
Installation, Training and Support. Telstra shall provide installation and training services with respect to the Products for the Telstra Customers. Telstra may, at is option, subcontract Vistula to provide all or any part of these services to a Telstra Customer. Vistula may accept such a subcontract at its option based on availability of resources to carry out the said subcontract. In the event that Telstra subcontracts these services to Vistula and Vistula agrees to provide these services, the scope and cost of such services shall be set forth in a statement of work agreed by the parties hereto based on the requirements of the Telstra Customer. Telstra will provide Tier 1 support to Telstra Customers.

Vistula may, at is option, subcontract NetYantra to provide all or any part of these services to a Vistula Customer. NetYantra may accept such a subcontract at its option based on availability of resources to carry out the said subcontract. In the event that Vistula subcontracts these services to NetYantra and NetYantra agrees to provide these services, the scope and cost of such services shall be set forth in a statement of work agreed by the parties hereto based on the requirements of the Vistula Customer.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
