INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. Distributor shall be responsible for conducting all activities required to install the Licensed Software at its Customers' locations and for providing training to such Customers and any system integrators involved in such installation. All such installation and training shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and Distributor's best practices. At Distributor's request, Siebel shall provide to Distributor the Documentation and Training Materials at Siebel's list prices in effect as of the date such Documentation and Training Materials are ordered.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. All such installation and training shall be conducted with the highest level of professionalism and quality. It is understood that Distributor is not permitted to conduct such activities or provide such training unless and until Distributor and authorized representative of Siebel agree on the terms under which Distributor will conduct such activities or provide such training. At Distributor's request, Siebel shall provide to Distributor the Documentation and Training Materials are ordered, provided that during the first sixth (6) months of this Agreement, Distributor shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off of such list prices.

ST shall be responsible for conducting all activities required to install the Licensed Software at its Customers' locations and may be responsible for providing training to such Customers and any system integrators involved in such installation. All such activities shall be conducted with a high level of professionalism and quality. It is understood that ST is not permitted to provide such training unless and until ST and an authorized representative of Siebel agree on the terms under which ST will provide such training. At ST's request, Siebel shall provide to ST the Documentation and Training Materials at Siebel's list prices in effect as of the date such Documentation and Training Materials are ordered, less a discount of ten percent (10%).
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. If Core Sale: Payment for all training and installation services due upon installation of any Skyward programs onto Customer’s system or access to Skyward data through hosting services. If Non-Core Sale: 100% billed upon execution of Terms and Conditions or acceptance of proposal. Installation and Training Services hours must be used within 12 months of installation. Unused hours will be forfeited and are not refundable. All training days described in the proposal may be utilized by Customer for a period of up to twelve (12) months following the implementation of each software module to which the training pertains. Any training days that are not utilized by Customer within the time provided will expire and are non-refundable.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. 4.1 The Supplier will provide installation services as specified on the face of this agreement to assist the Customer in installing the Licensed Program on the Designated System, and in assisting the Customer to convert the Customer’s data base to be compatible with the Licensed Program.
4.2 The Supplier will provide operator training on the Designated System for the period as specified on the face of this agreement.
4.3 Upon written request of the Customer, the Supplier will provide additional installation or training service or both at the Supplier’s then prevailing daily rates, subject to availability of personnel. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Supplier for travel, food and lodging and long distance telephone, telex or telegraph communication with respect to the training and installation services shall be paid by the Customer.
4.4 Any written request by the Customer for services under this paragraph must be signed by the person specified on the face of this agreement (the “Customer Liaison”) or by a person to whom the Customer Liaison has delegated authority in writing.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. ASSA ABLOY shall provide the Installation Services and Training Services as may be set forth in an Agreement(s).

ASP shall be responsible for conducting all activities required to install the Covered Application at its End Users locations, training such End Users, and any system integrators involved in such installation. At ASP's request, i2 shall provide to ASP the Documentation and Other Materials at i2's list prices in effect as of the date such Documentation and Other Materials are ordered.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. ICC shall provide its standard installation and training services in accordance with the fees specified in the Software License Exhibit.
INSTALLATION AND TRAINING SERVICES. 4.1. APPRO shall install the System on the Equipment provided by Purchaser and APPRO during its normal working hours and as agreed to by Purchaser. At least fifteen (15) days prior to the delivery date, the installation site will be prepared by Purchaser at its expense according to instructions outlined in the "Installation Planning Guide." Purchaser shall be responsible for and shall furnish all necessary labor to unpack and place the Equipment. If installation by APPRO is prevented by local law, union agreement, or otherwise, APPRO will supervise the installation and Purchaser mill bear any additional costs occasioned thereby.
4.2. APPRO shall train Purchaser's personnel to use the System and shall complete such training at the time the System is delivered and installed. Purchaser shall pay the amount specified in Exhibit "C" for this installation and training. In addition to the fee specified in Exhibit "C", Purchaser shall reimburse APPRO for the reasonable living expenses of APPRO's personnel during such installation and training plus reasonable travel expenses from Baton Rouge to Purchaser's installation site. APPRO shall submit an itemized statement accompanied by receipts for its personnel's living expenses in writing to Purchaser and Purchaser shall reimburse APPRO for such expenses within thirty (30) days of receiving such statement.
