Interconnectivity. Additional access channels supplied by Grantee under this Section shall be interconnected to the same degree of interconnectivity provided for other access channels under this Franchise.
Interconnectivity. The Condominium and Hotel Owner acknowledge and accept, that for purposes of offering the Residences and their guests an open and integrated experience, the Hotel and the Condominium shall throughout the Term, remain functionally interconnected in order to provide the Condominium with access to the Interconnected Elements. For purposes of guaranteeing the full access and enjoyment of the Interconnected Elements by the Condominium, the Parties hereby agree to mutually grant, respect, and preserve such rights and related maintenance obligations for the Interconnected Elements, and therefore covenant the following:

Interconnectivity. The Localities will, in establishing the Authority, ensure that interconnectivity between the Bedford and the BCPSA systems is a foremost priority and that by December 31, 2016 the Authority will have made every reasonable effort to establish a water line of sufficient size to connect the existing BCPSA water system to the existing Bedford water system. In establishing the water line, the Localities will ensure that the Authority make its decision on the size and location or locations of the water line interconnection taking into consideration the long term connectivity needs of Bedford County and under the premise that the revenues from the Authority should be sufficient to fund the debt service for such interconnection based upon a 30 year amortization, provided, however that water rates not rise to a disproportionate level so as to have an adverse effect on the residents, businesses and industries of the Localities. In addition, the Localities agree that: (a) To the extent that the required debt service of the cost of making the interconnection of the two water systems causes the revenue requirements of the System to increase more than 20% in one calendar year following the incurring of the additional debt or if there is a projected increase in projected rates of more than 35% in three years, the Localities agree to subsidize the debt service payments of the Authority, related to the interconnectivity water line, to that extent. If more than one interconnection is proposed, the rate impact and subsidy will be based only on the least expensive of the two interconnections. (b) The Localities hereby commit to subsidize the debt service for the one initial interconnection as long as the Authority is in need of the subsidy, considering principles of the Reversion Agreement such as keeping water rates reasonable commensurate to adjoining jurisdictions and the requirement that the water rates of the Localities be equalized within ten years of the Closing. (c) The Authority and the Localities shall analyze the revenues and expenses five (5) years after the commencement of the subsidy and shall come to a mutual decision of the need of a subsidy for the subsequent five (5) years and every five (5) years thereafter until the indebtedness is paid in full.   • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement.   • NETWORK INTERCONNECTION METHODS 3.1 The Interconnection provided herein may not be used solely for the purpose of originating a Party’s own interexchange traffic.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
