My supervisor was available and accessible when I had questions/concerns. The work I performed was challenging and stimulating. I was treated on the same level as other employees. I had a good working relationship with my coworkers. There were ample opportunities for learning. An effort was made to make it a learning experience for me. Supervisor provided levels of responsibility consistent with my abilities. The quality of work supervision was good. My internship experience was enjoyable.
Internship Evaluation. At the end of the internship, the host will deliver to the intern a training certificate, mentioning his/her progress as well as the skills developed during the internship. Depending on the internship evaluation conditions at the academic institution, the intern might be required to provide an internship report, a copy of which will be communicated to the host firm.
Internship Evaluation. The intern’s activity will be evaluated according to criteria defined by the supervisors. The information will be collected in an “evaluation sheet”.

Internship Evaluation. Following the internship, the supervisor of the internship will give the research supervisor of the Intern an appreciation of the work accomplished and the competencies acquired.
Internship Evaluation. At completion of each semester the college coach and on-site mentor will conference and review intern’s progress towards internship requirements and documentation of ELCC Standards. This evaluation will be shared with the intern at a three-way conference. The college coach will submit the Internship Evaluation and conference with internship director at the end of each semester to review internship requirements to determine internship grade each semester. The internship is completed when the on-site mentor, intern, college coach and internship director assure that the terms of the internship requirements have been satisfactory completed. It is not feasible that every performance indicator of the ELCC Standards will be met. Intern must provide evidence of meeting a minimum of 70% of the performance indicators for each standard with a score of 3 or above on the Internship Evaluation to successfully pass the internship. The Internship Evaluation will be available on Vikings Web (Appendix F).
Internship Evaluation. This internship is to be considered an academic experience; the performance of an intern will be evaluated based upon the assignments defined in the Internship Agreement and the criteria defined in Internship Evaluation Form (3LZPSU) for categories A, B and S. No formal evaluation process is foreseen for Category C.
Internship Evaluation. At the end of the internship: The intern shall submit a summary report of the work carried out during his/her internship to the Director of IFI and the head of the host organization The internship supervisor from the host organization shall provide provide an evaluation document that specifies the obtained results with regard to the initial objectives and the skills acquired during the internship.
