Intersection Control Evaluation. This task will consist of analyzing existing traffic count data, developing future year traffic volumes and performing a high level assessment of traffic signal and roundabout operations at Xxxx and Xxxxxxx. The following items will be completed by the Contractor as part of this task: ▪ Conduct field visits during AM (7:00–9:30), afternoon School (2:00–4:00) and PM (4:00–6:00) peak periods to observe existing traffic flow, queuing, and other general operating characteristics of Xxxx and Xxxxxxx. ▪ Compile available historical counts during the AM and PM peak hours from recent studies. ▪ Obtain from City of Bend and ODOT the most recent three (3) years of crash (accident) data for the Project intersection and roadway approaches ▪ Assess the walking and biking system facilities within one-half mile of the study corridor. ▪ Assess existing driveways and access points within the vicinity of the existing intersection ▪ Assess posted speed limits, intersection control and lane configurations within the study area. ▪ Work with City and MPO staff to develop a cohesive set of existing, buildout year, and 2040 future forecast year traffic volumes for the AM and PM peak hours using National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Reports 765 and 255 guidelines. One (1) coordination teleconference is assumed with City staff regarding analysis methodology and future volume forecasts. ▪ Analyze existing and 2040 future forecast year AM and PM peak hour operations for the intersection. Future intersection operations will be evaluated for a no-build scenario that assumes the existing roadway configuration and one (1) build scenario. ▪ Analyze intersection queue storage requirements and identify potential conflicts. The analysis for traffic signal operations will be conducted using the Synchro/Sim Traffic software that is based on the Highway Capacity Manual methodologies. ▪ Analyze opening year and interim years to determine trigger points for recommended improvements (i.e. turn lane needs). ▪ Analyze the crash data according to standard practice to identify accident patterns or safety concerns and compute accident rates. ▪ Provide high level assessment of roundabout vs traffic signal intersection control using select evaluation criteria from the City’s Roundabout Evaluation and Design Guidelines to identify potential substantial impacts. ▪ Analyze intersection footprint based on concept drawings prepared by others. Intersection Control Evaluation. The CONSULTANT shall conduct an evaluation of alternative intersection control configurations using the CAP-X and SPICE tools provided by the DEPARTMENT. Should more than one control strategy pass the initial screening, additional evaluation will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Task Products: • Recommended intersection control strategy or strategies to be advanced Task 20: MISCELLANEOUS TASKS This task shall involve items that are generally difficult to anticipate at the initiation of a work order. Compensation for tasks issued under this item shall be negotiated on a case by case basis.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • PROGRESS EVALUATION Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the Engineering Services, confer with County at County’s election. Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be reasonably requested by County, in order for County to evaluate features of the Engineering Services. At the request of County or Engineer, conferences shall be provided at Engineer's office, the offices of County, or at other locations designated by County. When requested by County, such conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineering Services. County may, from time to time, require Engineer to appear and provide information to the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court. Should County determine that the progress in Engineering Services does not satisfy an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall review same with Engineer to determine corrective action required. Engineer shall promptly advise County in writing of events which have or may have a significant impact upon the progress of the Engineering Services, including but not limited to the following:

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • TEACHER EVALUATION A. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • EMPLOYEE EVALUATION 14.1 The purpose of employee evaluation is to support decisions concerning employee discipline, promotion and improvement. Evaluation shall be the responsibility of the immediate supervisor who shall not be a member of the bargaining unit.

  • Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.
